Myocardial Infarction Model (Left Coronary Artery Ligation), Ischemia/Reperfusion Model

Animal species applicable: Mouse and Rat
Introduction:
1.The Myocardial Infarction Model is achieved by permanent ligation of left coronary artery.
2.Ischemia/Reperfusion Model is achieved by reperfusion of left coronary artery after a certain time of Ischemia
Applications: Drug testing, biomedical research, acute (a few hours to several days) and chronic (a few weeks to several months) experiments

Transverse Aortic Constriction

Animal species applicable: Mouse and Rat
Introduction: Quantitative constriction of the transverse aortic results in the obstruction of aortic blood flow, increased indoor pressure, hyperplasia and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH), and heart failure.

Ascending Aortic Constriction

Animal species applicable: Mouse and Rat
Introduction: Quantitative constriction of ascending aorta results in the obstruction of aortic blood flow, increased indoor pressure, hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the left ventricular, and heart failure.

Abdominal Aortic Constriction,Hypertension Model

Introduction: Quantitative constriction of the abdominal aorta results in the obstruction of abdominal aortic blood flow, increased blood pressure, hyperplasia and hypertrophy of the left ventricle.

Femoral Artery Endothelial Injury Model,Femoral Wire Injury Model

Introduction: Femoral artery endothelial cells are injured by wire to evaluate the degree of intimal hyperplasia or vascular inflammatory response.

Carotid Artery Ligation

Introduction: This model is achieved by complete or partial ligation of unilateral carotid artery to evaluate the degree of intimal hyperplasia hemodynamic changes.

Deep Vein Thrombosis Model

Introduction: This model is achieved by vein thrombosis in the specific site of inferior vena cava.
